Michel Bernier, Partner

Mr. Bernier has more than fifteen years’ experience in the field of mergers & acquisitions, management consulting and corporate financing. He is a shareholder an active member in the board of companies operating in the environmental industry. Michel is a former professor at the École Nationale d’Administration Publique. He has successfully carried out several corporate transactions and continues to be very active in M&A. He holds a M.Sc. in Commerce from Laval University and a M.Sc. in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
