PATRICE CLERK, Analyst

Mr. Clerk joined Synergis as an Analyst, bringing with him more than twenty years of experience in analysing and putting in place systems. He was a Combat Systems Engineer in the Canadian Navy, a research project manager at Montreal’s Polytechnique, a Six Sigma Black Belt Agent at Bombardier Aerospace and Vice-President Production & Service at Prosys Tech, a computer assembler. At Prosys, Patrice played an important role in growing the business from $15M to $30M organically and through 2 M&A transactions.

Mr. Clerk holds a master degree of mechanical engineering from Montreal’s Polytechnique and an MBA from HEC Montréal, Finance and Production Operations Management.
