Mr. Smith has more than 20 years experience in the field of mergers & acquisitions and investment banking. Prior to joining Synergis, Ross was the Managing Partner of a boutique M&A firm with a generalist, middle market focus. During his investment banking tenure with Mutual Securities, Ross was responsible for the sourcing, structuring, marketing and management of over $250 million of tax driven private placements targeted at high net worth clients. Ross served on the Board of Directors of seven limited partnerships representing the interests of over 1,000 limited partners.
